Prior Kinnisvara has been active in street pattern design and connecting people and landscapes since 1998. The first project was area development in Pärnu. Four streets – Humala, Tulika, Tihniku and Kaevu were formed and constructed with infrastructure according to plan of area to include 37 housing plots, where one-family homes and a terraced house were built. Next, the Aasametsa 1 housing development with 45 one-family homes was established on Ristiku Street. Then, we built a block of flats on Oja Street. A year later, the Aasametsa 2 housing development for 30 one-family homes was started in Tammiste on Luste Street.
